Stunning lobby and great service
We spent a night here and were immediately impressed by the stunning lobby and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean, with an excellent view of the Bay Bridge. Room service was quick, although a bit pricey. The location is perfect for exploring downtown, but be cautious when walking outside late at night due to the surrounding atmosphere.

A Solid Choice with Convenient Amenities
Enjoyed my stay in a King Room. staff were friendly and responsive. The balcony was a lovely touch, though the room showed some wear. The on-site restaurant offered great food, and the complimentary bike rental discount was a nice perk. Plan for potential noise during your stay!

We had a fantastic time exploring the Ferry Building, grabbing fresh goodies and even doing a little sailing. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the views of the bay from our balcony were simply stunning. The top-floor upgrade was definitely worth it!
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly amenities, like fun activities or a play area. The waiting time for the elevators could be improved.
